Contact Cuomo About Early Voting

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and top lawmakers struck a deal on a $168 billion state budget in the middle of the night on Friday. The State Senate's final budget failed to include funding for early voting, even though both Cuomo and the Assembly included that money in their proposed budgets. Thirty-seven other states already allow early voting, and those states see better voter turnout than New York does. The majority of New Yorkers support early voting; the only people who do not are the politicians who benefit from suppressing the vote. Use Resistbot to contact Cuomo and tell him that you're disappointed. Text RESIST to 50409 and the bot will walk you through the rest.
