You aren't alone if you were not aware there's an open seat in Ohio's 15th Congressional District which voters will fill in less than a month. The Democrat running, Allison Russo, has been serving in the Ohio Legislature from a district which makes up a nice chunk of the district. She's the kind of Democrat folks compare to Senator Sherrod Brown in terms of attracting crossover votes.
