If you missed it,the recording is here.

APRIL 12TH SECURE ELECTION CALL RALLY
All day

NY BOE has been considering  approving hybrid voting machines. Instead of marking a paper ballot, it’s all on a touch screen, which later prints out a bar code/receipt. This can be altered, hacked, or otherwise manipulated to change ballots and vote counts.

There are bills in the legislature ( Assembly bill 1115/Senate bill 309 ) to ban them.  Call and tell our legislators we don’t want these unsafe machines to be certified for use in our state!

Tuesday, April 13
FOR THE PEOPLE!
5-7 PM

Phone voters in Arizona and urge them to tell Senator Sinema to support HR/S1 (the For the People Act), which would expand voting rights, reduce big money in politics, limit gerrymandering and enact ethics rules for federal officeholders.  Training included if you need it.

Wednesday, April 14 (or Thursday April 15)
REGISTER VOTERS IN PA
5-7 PM

This key swing state made a big difference in the presidential election last year. But local elections matter too. And they are also a good start for building a stronger Democratic base.  Call potential voters and convince them to register and vote!

Saturday, April 17
TAKE BACK CA-25
10 AM - 12 noon

This was Katie Hill’s district until she was forced to resign. It was just barely won by a Republican last year. Let’s make some calls, register voters, and flip it back to blue.

Sunday, April 18
ADOPT A TRAITOR
3-5 PM

Richard Hudson is a North Carolina congressman who voted to overturn the presidential election results. He does not belong in Congress or in any other position of responsibility. Let’s make some calls with Field Team 6 to kick him to the curb!
